Denver International Airport planned to open four new PreCheck security-screening lanes Friday afternoon to expand capacity at its busiest checkpoint during the Fourth of July holiday weekend. The new lanes are at the terminal’s south main checkpoint, which is on Level 5 nearest to the Westin DIA Hotel and transit center, and they’re actually set off in a new auxiliary screening area.
