(AP) — Cheyenne Parker scored a career-high 29 points, Allisha Gray added 20 points and the Atlanta Dream beat the Chicago Sky 78-67 on Friday night to snap a three-game losing streak.Parker was 10 of 20 from the field and 9 of 10 at the free-throw line to top her previous scoring best of 25 points set earlier this season. She also had seven rebounds. Danielle Robinson had 10 points and seven assists for Atlanta (16-16). The Dream were without leading scorer Rhyne Howard due to a nose injury. ARAPAHOE COUNTY, Colo. (KDVR) — A scammer was caught in the act by the man he was trying to impersonate. The real Capt. Chris Gulli, with the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office, said he got word a scammer was pretending to be him, contacting several people about an arrest warrant and demanding money. Sheriff warns of scammers meeting with older victims, bilking thousands “They prey on people’s fears,” Gulli said. So he decided to give the scammer a call. "Nine times out of 10, they never pick up. And this is the one time the guy picked up and said, 'Captain Chris Gulli, Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office.' (KDVR) — A Lakewood City Council member has been on a monthslong mission to get information about a police shooting back in March that left a 17-year-old dead.Council Member Anita Springsteen wants answers after multiple police officers shot and killed the teen, who was accused of robbing a mail carrier.
